Something To Tempt Everyone

At James Chocolates we aim to provide you with original, quirky and visually attractive chocolates made with high quality ingredients. The starting point for all our creations is a proper chocolate base (couverture) with a high percentage of cocoa solids and we are constantly on the look out for the best chocolate from around the world.

Our small, dedicated team of chocolate professionals create around 150 different chocolates in the quiet village of Evercreech in Somerset.

Whether you are looking for a special gift or simply want to indulge yourself, we are sure there will be something in the James Chocolates range to seduce your taste buds.

Give it a go

Our speciality is our range of blends with flavours from old classics to quirky modern combinations. Our innovations include Morello Cherry, Strawberry & Black Pepper, Raspbery & Mint and, for the very adventurous, Chilli or Chilli Pecan Praline.  New tastes for this year include Toasted Coconut Bar and Mocha Toasted Almond.  No occasion needed to indulge in these  lovely treats.

For more traditional chocolate blends, our Chocolate Discs (like giant chocolate buttons) combine proper chocolate with aromatic essential oils, or are just made from pure unadulterated single origin chocolate. The wide range of flavors include orange & cardamom, bitter ginger and the special 2 Star Gold Award - Caramel, Vanilla and Sea Salt all in our new gift packs. Perfect with a cup of coffee after supper with friends.

Fresh Cream Truffles

Our new range of truffles are a majestic mingling of fresh cream laced with lavish flavours like champagne, caramel lightly enhanced with seat salt or rich raspberrry ganache with balsamic. Again packed in our new range of gift packs.

Perfect presents

If you’re struggling for a tasty present that shows that you’ve gone the extra mile, we can help. Our range of boxed gifts are currently under review but our Giant Mosaic Bar - a weighty slab of real chocolate decorated with an array of toppings and Mini Mosaic Bar will be available from November 2010  

Grown up chocolate for children

We use the same proper chocolate in our spotty frogs, bunnies and cows  – loved by kids (and adults too!!) - Have you tried our new Honey Bees - they are proving to be a firm favorite already.

 Christmas and Easter

 Each year, we create new and unusual seasonal gifts including Festive Spruce Trees,     Raspberry Valentine Hearts and various highly original, handpainted Easter Eggs. As each chocolate is handcrafted, you can be sure that your present will be unique.
